1. Rubber material selection

Sulfur is used as a vulcanizing agent in nitrile rubber/PVC oil-resistant rubber sheet, combined with accelerator CZ/TMTD, active agent zinc oxide and stearic acid to shorten vulcanization time, improve vulcanization efficiency, and improve the aging resistance and wear resistance of rubber compound Wait. The compound with accelerator CZ/TMTD has good scorch safety, fast vulcanization speed and good vulcanization flatness.

Carbon black and calcium carbonate should be used together for the reinforcing filling system, and semi-reinforcing carbon black can be selected for carbon black, which can reduce heat generation and improve the elasticity, aging resistance and mechanical properties of the rubber compound. , increase the volume of the rubber compound.

The anti-aging agent can be selected as a general-purpose anti-aging agent BLE, which is easy to disperse in the rubber compound and has good protection performance against heat, oxygen, ozone and flexing of the oil-resistant rubber sheet.

In the production of oil-resistant rubber sheets from nitrile rubber/PVC, nitrile reclaimed rubber and tread reclaimed rubber can be selected as reclaimed rubbers.
